Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us stop.

Last updated: 20 September 2026 · Effective: 20 September 2026 · Applies to: sun-ent.com, CardsClan.com, All Fours Trini Card Game, Pew Pew Zombies

The short version. This website sets no tracking cookies and has no analytics running. Our games show ads and support online multiplayer, which means our advertising and networking partners do process some device data. You can play without giving us your name, turn off personalised ads, and ask us to delete anything we hold by emailing privacy@sun-ent.com.

1. Who we are

Sunrise Entertainment LLC ("Sunrise Entertainment", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@sun-ent.com, or through the form on our contact section.

This policy covers our website at sun-ent.com, our web card-game community at CardsClan.com, and our mobile and desktop games: All Fours Trini Card Game (iOS and Android) and Pew Pew Zombies (macOS).

2. What we collect

On this website

  • Nothing, until you write to us. Browsing sun-ent.com does not require an account and sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Contact form submissions. If you use the form, we receive your first and last name, email address, chosen topic and message. These are delivered to our support inbox through our form provider (see section 6).
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server data — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser user-agent — as a normal part of serving and securing the site.
  • Local preferences. Your light/dark theme choice and your cookie decision are stored in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device and we cannot read them.

In our games

  • Gameplay and device data. Scores, progress, settings, plus technical identifiers such as device model, operating system version, language, coarse region and advertising identifier.
  • Multiplayer session data. To connect you to other players we process an in-game nickname, a session identifier and your IP address for the duration of a match.
  • Crash and performance diagnostics. Anonymous reports that tell us a game crashed and roughly where.
  • Purchase records. If you buy something (for example, removing ads), Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive a confirmation that the purchase happened — never your card number, and never your full billing details.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your government ID, payment card numbers, precise GPS location, contacts, photos or microphone access.

3. Why we're allowed to use it (legal bases)

If you are in the UK, EEA or another region with similar law, our legal bases are:

Legal bases for each purpose of processing
What we doLegal basis
Reply to your support messageLegitimate interests, and your consent given on the form
Run the game, save progress, match you with playersPerformance of a contract (our Terms of Service)
Keep the service secure and prevent abuseLegitimate interests
Show non-personalised adsLegitimate interests
Show personalised ads, analytics, marketing measurementYour consent — and only after you give it
Keep tax and transaction recordsLegal obligation

4. Cookies and similar technologies

sun-ent.com sets no cookies at all. It uses two items of first-party browser storage, both strictly necessary:

Browser storage used by this website
NamePurposeTypeLifetime
sunent_themeRemembers whether you chose light or darklocalStorage, first-partyUntil you clear your browser data
sunent_consent_v1Remembers your cookie decision so we stop askinglocalStorage, first-party180 days

If we later add analytics or any other non-essential technology, it will stay switched off until you opt in through the consent banner. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time using the link, which also appears in the footer of every page. Refusing costs you nothing — the site works exactly the same.

Our games are apps, not web pages, so they do not use cookies. They do use mobile advertising identifiers, covered next.

5. Advertising in our games

Our games are free because they show ads. We use AppLovin MAX to mediate advertising, which may pass requests on to other ad networks. Depending on your choices, these partners may receive your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and coarse location in order to select and measure an ad.

You are in control of this:

  • On iOS and iPadOS — when a game first asks for permission to track, choosing "Ask App Not to Track" stops the advertising identifier being shared. You can change it later in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • On Android — go to Settings › Google › Ads and turn on "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".
  • In the EEA and UK — our games show a consent prompt on first launch. Declining means you see non-personalised ads instead. You can reopen that prompt from the game's settings screen.

Removing ads via in-app purchase, where offered, stops ad requests entirely.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some regions — including California under the CCPA/CPRA — treat sharing data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising as a "sale" or "share". To opt out, use the platform controls above or email privacy@sun-ent.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information".

6. Who we share data with

We share only what each partner needs to do its job, and each is bound by contract to protect it.

We will also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate abuse, fraud or a threat to someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction — you would be told before it happened.

7. How long we keep it

  • Support emails — 24 months from our last reply, then deleted.
  • Game progress — for as long as the account or device profile is active; deleted on request.
  • Multiplayer session data — discarded when the match ends.
  • Server logs — retained by our host for a short rolling window for security purposes.
  • Transaction records — as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.

8. Your rights and how to use them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • correct anything that's wrong;
  • have your data deleted;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and of targeted advertising;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@sun-ent.com and tell us which game or service it concerns. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first — usually by asking you to write from the same address you originally contacted us from, or to confirm a detail only you would know. An authorised agent may act for you if you say so in writing.

Step-by-step deletion instructions for each game are on our support page.

If you think we've handled your data badly, please tell us first — we'd like the chance to fix it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Our games are rated 4+ (All Fours) and 12+ (Pew Pew Zombies), and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and where a store's age signals indicate a child user, our advertising partners are instructed to serve only non-personalised, child-appropriate ads in line with COPPA and Google Play's Families policy.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email privacy@sun-ent.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. International transfers

We operate from the Caribbean and our partners operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries outside your own — including the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, our partners rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision, together with technical safeguards such as encryption in transit.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sends strict transport-security and content-security headers. Access to our support inbox is limited to the people who need it and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the time limits the law sets.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For anything significant — a new category of data, a new purpose, a new partner — we'll give notice on the site and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again. Previous versions are available on request.
